You're welcome 🙂
Yes, especially if you rely on your iPhone for Online class.
You can check your service options including the estimate costs on this Apple page:
The battery has to be replaced by Apple or an Authorised Apple Service Provider, to be sure, that it will be working correctly.
You can find an Authorised Apple Service Provider next to your place by using this link:
However, if the battery has been replaced with a 3rd party spare battery in the past, your iPhone might not be serviced by Apple or the Authorised Apple Service Provider.

Yeah, I have no choice but to replaced the battery. Thank you for your help!
Has the battery of your iPhone ever been replaced?
Is your battery health near or under 80%, if you check Settings/Battery?
Did you use a specific app at this time?
Or has your iPhone been charged during the Online class?
Is it normal that it suddenly shutdown in 50 or 49%? I’m only using Zoom and Facebook messenger all the time.
And also, I’m worrying about my peak performance capability, it shows that my iPhone unexpectedly shutdown, is that normal? I can’t use my iPhone very long if that’s the case.
Sorry, I missed that Peak Performance remark in the screenshot.
The iPhone XR has been discontinued 2021, so your iPhone must be at least 2 years old. If it has a previous owner, do you know how long it has been used by him? Usually the battery health does not stay at 100%, if you use the iPhone on a daily basis. I have been using my iPhone 12 mini for a little longer than 2 years now, and my battery capacity is around 86%.
If your iPhone shuts down around 50% battery life left, there is probably something wrong with the battery after all.
But it should not shut down if you are charging your iPhone during using Zoom and Facebook. Although the Facebook app seems to have some issues lately. Maybe try to download a new version.
I think the battery was replaced by the previous owner that’s why it has some issue. My iPhone hasn’t experienced shutdown while charging during my online class. All my apps right now is updated, I also try to reset my phone but nothing’s change. Do you think I should also replaced my battery for longer used or not?
I don’t think the battery was replaced since I’m not the original owner of this phone.
my battery health is still 100% and I’m using my iPhone while charging
So this does not look like a battery issue. Which app did you use at the time the issue occurred?
If you used a 3rd party app to join your Online class, this app might have caused the crash.
