How to update iPhone 6 iOS 12.5.7

My sowtver is 12.5.7 and this is so small and I can not install new application. Is it a possible to update on iOS 13 or later.

An unit on 12.5.7 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading the applications to a newer one on the same Apple ID first.
