How to update my subscriptions??

My virtual Apple Card number was compromised. Apple gave me a new number. Now the subscriptions that were attached to the old number are being declined. Trying to figure out which subscriptions and how to “update” to my new virtual number is impossible. There is NO OPTION to update my payment

info on Apple subscriptions. Is the only option to CANCEL and re-renter ALL of them??
