This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.

When i tried logging with new Macbook so apple locked my account. The errror is "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons." they provide the button "Unlock your account" -> this button go to with reset password page. But after i finish all steps. Successfull reset to new password then back to login it still show "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.". So how to unlock my account!
