ios 17.1.1 not working with RCA Security

I have the solution. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to your App Store and download the "Guarding Vision" App
2. Log in to the app using your username and password last used on RCA Security
3. You will be logged in with your camera(s) in place but no access
4. Select the Camera and input the Verification Code ( Note: Verification code is on the Camera around the QR code)

It's a relief at last.

You'll need to contact RCA support and let them know.

This is yet another use case for having rollback capabilities for the iPhone. After an iPhone update you are forced to live with the negative impacts you experience. If a rollback capability were available for the iphone i could simply return to the version that works with the RCA doorbell app.

otherwise you ate forced into purchasing a new video doorbell product.

Thank you so much for your advice, I am not computer-savvy; however, this was not too complicated and it worked. I did not have to enter each camera code, just adding the system's IP address was enough.

Install Gurdian vision app

login or create account in the app

goto top right in the app click scan QR code—> next go to rca security system/device —->configuration—->Network—-> look for QR code displayed in that section - scan that

around that u have verification code as well.

tried but it’s not working it says Error:153

no feed showing

any other option

I don’t have the box anymore so I don’t have the QR code or the verification code. What can I do?

Hi this works for me ,now my rca cams work and bonus I can also see my cams on my macbook air ! easy to follow instructions ! Happy about Guardian Vision app on the app store ! Thanks !
