I success reset the phone but unable to access with the apple id

Happened to me today.
I added a different phone number to the Apple ID verification process on a browser, so I could have the code from a different phone number instead of the one that was on the reset phone.
Can you force restart the iphone

I already explain my issue, just i want to know may i get option for factory reset link without activation key through my email or not ? If this is not possible then i unable to use my iphone 6 anymore, it's like a toy for baby no more usable this phone. Please help
