When I request a location it says request location unavailable
When I request someone’s location is says request location unavailable, only with some people it says this not with everyone
Their devices may not be connected to the internet.

The device is an iPhone and it has cellular data, I have tried when the iPhone is connected to the WiFi as well ant it still says request location unavailable.
