How do I remove unused activities from the apple watch? There are many I will never use and they clutter up the list, making it harder to find the one I want.

We were thinking we were supposed to use the Watch app on the iPhone, since it seems to control a lot on the Watch. Thank you for steering us to the Watch itself to remove unwanted activities in the Workout app. Worked perfectly! Thanks again!
if you mean in the workout app then you slide your finger to the left after touching said activity and click on the red button with a white X
