Logic Pro X 10.8 getting low input signal from interface

I've been receiving a really low input signal from my lines 7-8 for some reason. Everything has been working fine for months, but once I updated, it seems to not be working all of a sudden. I checked in GarageBand to see if it was my interface, but every single input works fine, and I get the audio clearly. I also checked a different interface and every input other then 1 doesnt work, My input 1 seems to be working fine in Logic for some reason. I'm really confused as to what the issue could be and if it's related to the update. Perhaps a setting was changed; I'm stumped and frustrated because it's been limiting me from working on my projects.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am using a guitar modeler as an interface and getting a very weak signal in Logic. I go to Garage band and all is fine. My Audient interface is also having a weak signal through Logic and again works fine in Garage band. I verified all settings are correct.

I just recently had same issue - signal not strong enough to drive the Nueral DSP guitar plugins - been going crazy - reinstalled Logic, refreshed the plugins. Interface is fine - DSP plugins work perfect in stand alone mode - then I checked the Apple amp sim and same issue. Hopefully they fix this quick!

Has there been any trouble shooting that has worked? seems like I have tried everything and still having the same issue. Even with the most recent OS patch, there is no improvement. I essentially can only use software instruments, just not an Audio interface.
