More photos will be shown once messages finishes indexing.

When I checked for texted photos in Photos in text message I get this notification "More photos will be shown once messages finishes indexing." I did a full backup from my Iphone 12 on my PC and I did a restore on my new Iphone 15.

Can anyone tell me how to retrieve my missing photos?

From everything that I have seen and read online, since I too am experiencing the same issue (going from 12pro max> 15pro max) try restarting the old device. Additionally, make sure that your old back-up full encompassed all of your text history and if you still have your old device resaving another iCloud back up.
