I want to edit my email account, but I cannot because the Internet account is set by a profile.
I look under profiles in "settings" and no profile exists?
So how do I edit my Comcast email details? So far I cannot.

This has nothing to do with your Mac or Mac OS, it has everything to do with your Comcast mail settings. I'd suggest speaking to Comcast support and they can help you edit your settings if you feel that is necessary.
If screentime is enabled, disable it. Does this solve the problem?
