In my App Store it says Snapchat is open but it doesn’t show on my phone what should I do

Then likely you didn't add Snapchat to the phone home screen, but it should still be in your app library. On your phone's home screen, swipe to the last screen on the right, you'll see the app library. Look for Snapchat, press and hold, then choose add to the home screen.
