Update iOS 16 iPhone 7

I’m trying to update my iPhone 7 to iOS 16 manually.

It doesn’t show up and I am wondering how to do it manually.

It is not possible to install iOS 16 on the iPhone 7.

Why? The iPhone 7 does not meet the hardware requirements to support the demands of iOS 16.

If you want to run iOS 16, you will need an iPhone 8 or higher model.
