I am going to buy MacBook Air M1. In my town, Paphos, Cyprus, they sell devices with English/Greek keyboard.
I would like to buy MacBook Air M 1 with English/ Russian keyboard. The question is how to manage it? Shall I contact Apple and request them to assist me?

If apple's store in your country does not have the keyboard you want, you will normally have to travel to a country where they do have it or buy from a non-apple source.
apple stores do not sell outside their own country.
