How do I restore iPad without knowing the Apple ID password?
I was given an iPad from my mom that once belonged to her company. They don’t remember the apple if password and I cannot factory restore without it.

If you forgot your Apple ID or password, you can try resetting them.
Apple ID: If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number
Password: If you forgot your Apple ID password
If you have proof of purchase documentation, you can submit an Activation Lock support ticket.
