Reset app store balance
I would like to reset my app store balance to 0. As i need to change my country/region. I do understand that I won’t get the remaining balance refunded.

Either spend it, or if the balance is to low to purchase a single item, please Contact - Official Apple Support to let them zero out your balance for you
