can't install cellular network
bought new iphone and traded in old one before I set up new one and now I can't install cellular network because I need a two factor auth. and my phone number is not on my new phone

When you set up 2 FA you were prompted to add additional trusted devices and phone numbers. If you did that when it prompts for a 2FA passcode tap Didn’t Get Code and it will let you chose one of the other trusted options.
