The current price for Apple TV+ is $6.99 per month in the U.S. -- it has never been priced higher than that.

The subscription only includes Apple TV+ (note the "+) content and there is other content available through Apple TV (without the "+") that is not included and which is billed for each show.

To see what is included in Apple TV+, click on: https://tv.apple.com/

If you want to cancel Apple TV+, there is an Apple article that explains how to cancel subscriptions. Click on the following link: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

or use an internet browser to cancel as described in How to cancel Apple TV+ - Apple Support

One possibility for a $9.99 charge that doesn't show in subscriptions is an iCloud storage plan that was upgraded from the free 5GB plan to the 2TB plan. To check what storage plan you have (and to downgrade if you want to): see: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

If that isn't what the $9.99 charge is for, be aware that this is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We don't have access to information about charges to your account. Apple has a support article about charges — see each of the steps in the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help. See: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
