Need to replace hard drive on MacBook Pro 13" 2020

Is there a SSD possible to replace the old hard drive? It is making a clicking noise and is on its way out.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5

Any clicking noises is due to either a faulty fan, or a sound playing through the speakers....sometimes sounds can come from the speakers even when you are not playing any audio on the computer. Or the noise is coming from some externally connected device.

SSDs do not make any noise apart from a possible high pitch whine which some people may be able to hear, but this is extremely rare.

Sorry, they are not upgradeable/replaceable. Also see the following from https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ssd/owc/macbook-pro

Since 2016, Apple began to solder the SSDs of all MacBook Pro models directly on the board to make them lighter and thinner. As a result, the internal SSD cannot be upgraded after purchase.

What makes you think the noise is the drive? SSDs have no moving parts.

If your Mac is operating normally there's nothing to do ... nothing has broken and Apple doesn't do preventive maintenance. When/if something actually breaks, help may be possible here.
