J'ai télécharger SONOMA hier soir et je constate qu'avec PHOTOS il est impossible d'effacer une photo ? le message "suppression des photos" s'affiche mais tourne dans le vide ... j'ai laissé tourner 1h pour effacer une photo rien ne s'est passé ?

I think I have the same issue. Deleting a single picture takes cca 5 minutes, with photolibraryd taking ca 40 GB (not a typo). I have 32 GB of memory but saw 15 GB swap used. Unfortunately Sonoma 14.1 didn't fix the issue.
Yeah, my library is pretty large, ca 15k photos and 870 videos, but Apple please fix this soon so I can work with it.
