I am having a problem with my Apple ID

Hi. I am having a problem with my another Apple ID. I am using that id in my Mac. It's showing that your Apple ID is not active. Can anyone help me please ?

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support

This apple id id not active. Hi, I'm Saaket and i live here in Nepal. My mac was working perfectly until one day when I added my apple id to my older I pad it said, something like "you can't use apple id in iTunes" and then later than the same day it said that my apple id was not active. My immediate thought was to maybe log out and create a new apple id but I couldn't log out because it asked for my apple id password when I put my password in it said apple id was not active again. Please help me out.
