It's to do with your Brother printer software. Go here:
Macintosh HD > Library > Printers > Brother > Utilities > Server. Delete the contents of "Server" = USBserver, NETserver, LOGINserver.
The above are legacy 32-bit apps that are installed by the Brother software but not needed at all for the printer to function fully so are safe to delete.

so I'm try ing to delete those files but Mac won't let me because the files are open. and I can't find a way to close them even in safe mode.
Remove the server folder it's in. The folder is open and that is why you can't remove the items inside.
Good morning.
I have the same problem, since Sonoma.
But here (27" iMac 2020) USBserver and Netserver want access to Data from other Apps.
I do not allow every morning and every morning I get the same message.
Also I can not find this two Apps anywhere.
Thanks
Antonio - the saint of lost items - found the solution to my "driving-me-nuts" problem.
Brilliant and worked like a charm...
Thanks so much!!
I appreciate it, it was useful!
NETserver and USBServer popping up every time at startup was really annoying.
After booting my Mac in safe mode, I was able to remove those files.
Thank you once more!
I followed instructions to delete USBserver, but it wouldn’t allow it as it said it was open, so I couldn’t delete it. How do I close it?
