Apple music not letting me sign in

i can’t sign in on apple music on any browser i’ve deleted cookies and everything it tells me i’m signed in but shows the still shows the sign in button and when i click it, it makes me put in my icloud account and password and ask for a verification code and when i do that it just loads and brings me back to the screen i was before with the sign in button. i’ve also restarted the computer and router nothing works
