I have no access to my old iCloud or iPhone I lost it

I lost my phone and could not access my iCloud so I got a new phone and I can’t not unpair my watch from my old iPhone with old Apple ID

Are you the original owner of the Apple Watch? If the answer to that question is a yes, you can start an Activation Lock support request.
