Using IPadOS 17's new wallpaper controls, I cannot find a control to change a color wallpaper to a photo wallpaper (or vice versa).
I have a solid color wallpaper that I want to either change to a photo-based one, or delete it altogether.
In the wallpaper controls there also is no means (that I can find) of deleting a wallpaper, just adding one.

iPad Wallpaper can be set - and can be removed - from the iPad Lock Screen.
To delete from the Lock Screen, while the iPad is unlocked, touch and hold to expose the Wallpaper selection page. To delete an unwanted Wallpaper, simply swipe upwards - and confirm deletion.
