How to fix verify app repeated failures in iOS16.6 and iOS16.6.1

After upgrading our enterprise app with the Renew enterprise certificate, many users repeatedly verified the app on iOS 16.6 and 16.6.1, but the verification failed. We tried all the suggestions online, including checking the network, checking Apple ID login, and resetting the network, but none of them worked. Finally, the problem could only be solved by replying to the iPad factory settings. May I ask why this type of problem will occur and how to solve it?

Yours is a question best directed to your own App Developer - or to Apple Support. Enterprise Apps have different technical and development criteria - and are distributed extant of the Apple App Store.
