Iwatch

I have passed my Iwatch to a family member.when I go to set it up it is still showing my Apple ID even after I reset it. Apple says to unpair from my phone. I have tried but I’m not even seeing the watch any longer on my phone. How do I get the old watch from asking for my appleID? It’s saying I have to disable the activation lock but no where am I seeing to do that. HELP!

  1. On a computer, go to Find My iPhone on iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
  3. Click Erase Apple Watch. Select Next until the device is erased.
  4. Click the X button next to your Apple Watch.
