Possible virus notification regarding McAfee app.

My screen shows a Notification every 30-60 seconds regarding a McAfee Expiration and asks to click to open the site. The site appears to be a virus recommending I click on a SCAN. I will not click on the scan. Furthermore, I do not have any McAfee applications on my Mac and don't think I have ever had such an App. I turned off Notiications and now the mcafee banner says to turn on the McAfee notification - again every 30-60 seconds. HELP!. Using MacOS Ventura Version 13.5.1
