The most certain way to tell is only buy them from Apple. People who are good at making fakes are going to use real serial numbers. You can check serial numbers but if it's a real one then you won't know if the device itself is fake.

How to know my adpter is real or fake?

If you are looking for a different answer, there is not one. It is real if purchased from Apple or Authorized Apple seller, otherwise you make have a fake one. That is nothing you can do to verify the information on your adapter. The counterfeit accessory market for Apple devices is huge, so it is very likely to be fake if purchased on any other third party site.
