iPhone 12 works Only on Speakerphone

I have I phone 14

I can only use my phone on speaker phone

normal phone hearing speaker not working

How do I increase the volume on my I phone 12 without being on speaker?

I went to the local T Mobil store to see if they could solve the issue. Just so happens their promotion was a new I phone 16E buying my 12, I only pay $5.00 more a month now. It’s their problem now! Thanks be to God!

My iPhone 14 I have to put my phone on speaker for the other end to hear me. I can hear on my end with or without using speaker.

I followed the instruction (clean the phone etc) none of these work

Can only hear phone call if speaker is turned on

call ring not hearing without speakers

Even I have the same problem after update it stopped working. I hope they fix it.

Same issue due to update.
