When making a call, I want to turn off the 3 options when I select "speaker"

When making a call, selecting "speaker" gives 3 options. The Settings / phone/ Calls on other devices is toggled on. When I go to the screen to toggle "Allow Calls on other devices" off, it's off.

I want to stop getting the 3 options.

Did you ever figure this out?

it’s making me crazy especially when driving as the whole point of Speaker is to be hands free, but this list makes that impossible…🤷🏻‍♀️

? I have read that the cure for several options appearing when you select "speaker" when making a call on the iPhone is to go to Settings/Phone/Calls from Other Devices and toggle that off. My phone shows this as "On". When I go through to the next screen, which gives a toggle for "Allow Calls on Other Devices", that is already off. It won't allow me to switch that final toggle on bc none of my other devices are signed in to iCloud.

It seems to be a glitch. Wondering if there's any other approach.
