My data is not working

My data says none it’s blank and it says to create an update, but I have no updates

I see you marked your post as Best Answer. People normally mark a post as Best Answer when it answers the question and no other replies are needed. If you mark a post as Best Answer when you are still looking for an answer, it may slow down any responses to your question. 


In case you are still looking for an answer, we need more information. Please reply, providing the following information:

  • Where are you seeing a message about no data? Is this one your iPhone 13?
  • Offer as many details as possible about the problem. What were you doing or tryin to do when the no data message appeared? What happened? 
  • Did your device show an error message? Did it include instructions? If so, what was the exact message and did you follow their directions? 
  • List any trouble shooting steps you have already tried.
