Why is it that everytime I contact the support after now after not receiving my gift card on time (24 hours) they are not willing to help ? I called earlier today and the person I was dealing with provided zero insight to if something went wrong or what I should do , so now I’m stuck waiting for this card to go through. Probably one of my last efforts with apple support is this post.

They told me that 24 hours is the normal processing time and that It would be emailed within the hour, and it has now been 2 additional hours since the call, I’ve ordered them lots of times in the past and never had a wait this long, I don’t see the gift resend button when I go through setting as well
I tried the link a few times through other people posts however it is not working either
