My MacBook keep restart it self while downloading a software (Mac OS 13.5.1) and it keep restarting I tried safe mode and try to reinstall in the option menu (holding the power/Touch ID ) and it boot it self to the Home Screen.

SEP is the Secure Enclave Processor. That's the special inner sanctum where all the most private passwords and stuff is held.
there is nothing regular users can do to help you with that. You will need to contact Apple support and work with them.

Your Mac shows a rather serious symptom. it may need to be Erased. or it may need service.
If you erase without a backup, all your files will be gone forever.

Kernel Panic Reports are stored at:
/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
If you copy and paste that string into:
Finder > Go menu > Go to Folder
it will take you to the Folder where those reports are stored.
They are named with Date&Time and start or end in ‘panic’
If you find one, please post the entire report here, by using the “additional text” Icon in the reply footer (looks like a paper with writing).
Please don’t post more about 20 lines of any other types of reports — they are interminable, and any information useful for this purpose is on the first screenful.

But any changes in the last five days will be lost, unless you allow Time machine to run and make a newer copy.
