iOS 16 includes the Weather App:

You place it on any screen you want.

If you want to add a larger more feature rich tile, you can add a Weather Widget in one of 3 different sizes.

Press and hold on a home screen until the icons start to shake, tap on the ( + ) icon at the top left of the screen, scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap on Weather. Then select one of the 3 widget sizes from there to add it to your home screen.
