Unable to add Bank info to my current device. Iphone 14 pro max

I was trying to transfer apple cash money to my bank account. It was saying to check account number and routing number. So I did. I re-added it and still no luck. I am trying to remove the info and go back and re add but there is no where for me to add a bank account. I click on the wallet the the 3 dots and there is no where to add bank account info. Its like it just diasappered. I am wanting to transfer the apple cash in my account that was transferred to me to my bank for the 1-3 day transfer for free but all that is showing up is my debit card for an instant transfer with a fee.

How am i able to add my bank info back in aso when i transfer cash back i dont get a fee?
