I’ve made some purchases on angry birds, the problem is, I’m getting charged $17.95 for a $9.99 purchase, and I was charged $21.95 for a $9.99 purchase yesterday too. I’m receiving the packages, I’m just being overcharged for them. Is that just how the company works? That’s like racketeering. Please assist at your earliest convenience.

I don't interact much with the App Store on iOS 16, but launch the App Store, and select Apps from the bottom icons. On the next panel, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on the Request a Refund hyperlink.
We are fellow users and have no access to your account information. This is not Apple support and Apple isn't even here. Your charge differences and their resolution are between you and the Angry Birds vendor.

Thanks for the reply. I got here through a link in the angry birds support. Now all the charges show Apple as the one who receives the payment. This is discussions.apple.com. Maybe you can direct by me to the proper place because Apple doesn’t show the vendor on their stupid wallet site.
