My apple app on Samsung tv is black it will not open so I cannot reset
When I try to open the Apple TV app it is black. All other apps work

1. Cold boot the TV.
2. Update the TV's software.
3. Delete the app from the TV and download it again (does not apply to pre-installed apps).
4. Reset Smart Hub on your TV.
