Getting notifications saying "Potential Virus Alert"

I'm on a MacBook Pro 16". I'm getting notifications every minute or so saying "Potential Virus Alert. Click here to renew antivirus." Also getting "Potential Virus Alert." "Protect your PC from Viruses and Malware"


How can I remove this threat?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14
