Can anyone help me setup a admin account on iPad is there a simple way

Well on my other phone that was a Samsung android was hacked and they made themselves the admin and had full control I would like to know how to protect myself from a repeat with my apple products or do you have another suggestion
iOS/iPadOS devices don’t have Admin or User level accounts. Unless jailbroken, a process that requires your active involvement (that will also invalidate your device warranty), you or anyone else cannot establish root-access to an iPad or iPhone.
Your only significant concern, in regard of being locked-out of your own devices, is if someone is able to gain access to - and compromise - your AppleID account. If you lose control of your AppleID account, you also lose control of any and all devices that are associated with it. For this reason, never (ever) share your AppleID account credentials with anyone.
Outside of Educational and Enterprise establishments, iPad and iPhone are principally a single-user device - and are not intended to shared in the same manner as you may be accustomed when using a Windows PC or Mac computer - which has multiple user profiles/accounts.
Unless you jailbreak your iPhone, you will not be hacked.
iPads are single user devices only.
