Why is my App Store saying disabled

When I go to my App Store and try to download or update it says your account in App Store or iTunes has been disabled

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
