APPLE WATCH DONT PAIR AFTER ACCIDENTALLY UNPAIRING IT

Im trying to pair my watch SE to my iphone 14PM, i hard reset the watch since im having a hard time re-pairing it..

tried everything ive watched on youtube and even reset my network settings..

i already scanned the circlish moving thing that will appear but when asked to update the watch i declined it and suddenly it unpairs again

and now i have no access to the watch cause it will only turned on and just says continue set up on iphone.

Help!!!!
