how do I stop "you have a virus" notifications?

I keep getting pop up messages saying " I have a virus" or "System Error", I have established that they emanate from the web site "gomsr3.click" which infers that it is McAfee security software. I seem to be unable to stop these irritating messages. Is there any way which I can do this?
