I updated both iOS 16.4.1 (a) and iOS 16.5.1 (c) and have no issues at all.

You can always remove iOS 16.4.1(a) or iOS 16.5.1 (c), please see the pics below which is self-explanatory.

You can also disable it. The pic below is self-explanatory
