You cannot do this unless your phone has 5G capability....(it does not)...and...your carrier is providing a 5G signal.
The system asked me actually if I wanted to use my cellular data or the wifi to start the software update. I just want to change the parameters and allow both options.
How can I allow the update to use my cellular data
