Hello SammySom,

You will need to contact an Apple Card (Goldman Sachs) specialist.

  1. Open Wallet
  2. Tap on Apple Card
  3. Tap on More (three dots in the upper right)
  4. Tap on Card Details
  5. Tap on Call

Goldman Sachs is required by law to send you a statement monthly for Apple Card (all credit cards are required to do this). The Apple Card should be electronic by default, however, if there is a problem with your email that could cause issues. Make sure your Apple ID email is up to date and tell them you'd like to receive electronic statements not paperless. Ask them to walk you though how to set this up so you no longer receive paper statements.

That’s interesting. There have been a few recent posts that you could call and an Apple Cash Specialist or supervisor could enter changes into their system. However, that may have changed and they reverted back to the prior method.

Please review the Apple Support article I linked below.

It will take a few days before it goes into effect and both Apple’s and Goldman's systems sync up. You should be fine for the next statements the beginning of April.
