See number 8 in this support thread for resetting Face ID. This is done by going to Settings > Face ID & PassCode > Reset Face ID.

If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If it is showing disabled, follow the support article at the top of the page.

No Problem, it is most likely going to need repaired by Apple. Here are 3 additional checks if you have not done them already.

Force Restart phone - The last step of holding the side button until the logo comes up can take up to 30 sec.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Try removing any phone cases. The True Depth cameras are on both ends of the notch in the display and can be blocked by some cases.
Are there any error in the Camera service history.

Thanks for trying to help but, the message on the screen keeps telling me that the front camera and face recognition is disabled. Already did the update on my phone but still. It looks like I have to take my cell to one of those Apple stores with an expert technician.

Mac Jim thank you so much. The message on my phone still the same.. apparently my front camera isn’t working properly and that the reason that my face recognition gets disabled. I’ll go to the Apple Store for technical support. Thanks again for all your help!!!!
