Обнуление счета

Hi.

I want to change country for my account in App Store from USA to Japan + Visa.

But i have $0.03on my balance and cannot spend it before. Can you reset my balance manually?

We are not Apple but your fellow end users. We have no accces to Apple databases and accounts so cannot act on your behalf
