homekit cameras not recording/showing activity

For some reason, when I lose Wi-Fi and comes back on. All of a sudden, this week, my HomeKit camera’s will not record nor show activity. It’s on my circle view doorbell and 2 eve outdoor cameras. All up to date, iOS 16.5 and I have 2 Apple TVs and 3 HomePods. The fix is to restart Wi-Fi system then go into each camera and turn of steaming and recording and back on. But no way I should do that every time. Anyone else have this issue? I do have an apple trouble ticket. The cameras do stream live no problem. Just will not show activity notifications and doesn’t record.
