How to fix it when you see the message 'This Apple ID is not active'?

Good day, my phone keeps asking me to type in the password for my icloud. I usually get the “apple id inactive” prompt. I have tried everything possible to reset my password but all efforts seem abortive. Anyone with a suggestion?

Apple ID is inactive My Apple ID on my phone is inactive, light grey. Can not open it, so can’t buy storage, can’t change my password. altought everything else is working, I am in my phone, logged in. how can I reactivate it?

Can somebody help with the inactive apple ID? On my old phone, my ID was another emil, when I am trying to put the password, it says it is inactive ID account. But when I click on forgot and try to change the password, it says again inactive Apple ID. How can I fix the problem? I do not see any solution.

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you'll need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support
